Clients may request cancellation of a project or service at any time by contacting OOberra Ltd in writing via email.

Cancellation requests must include relevant project details and the reason for cancellation where applicable.

2. Cancellation Before Work Begins

If a project is cancelled before any work has commenced, clients may be eligible for a partial or full refund depending on the nature of the agreement and any administrative costs already incurred.

3. Cancellation After Project Work Has Started

Once project work has started, OOberra Ltd reserves the right to retain payment for:

  • Completed work and delivered milestones
  • Time invested in planning, design, or development
  • Administrative and project management efforts
  • Third-party costs, subscriptions, or purchased assets

Any remaining unpaid balance for completed work up to the cancellation date may still be payable.

4. Ongoing Maintenance & Support Services

Clients may cancel ongoing maintenance or support services by providing reasonable written notice before the next billing cycle.

Cancellation of recurring services will take effect from the next applicable billing period unless otherwise agreed.

5. Delayed Client Communication

If a project remains inactive for an extended period due to delayed client communication, missing content, or lack of approval, OOberra Ltd reserves the right to place the project on hold or close the project after reasonable notice.

6. Non-Refundable Costs

The following costs are generally non-refundable:

  • Completed design or development work
  • Consultation and planning time
  • Third-party software, hosting, or domain costs
  • Custom assets or purchased resources
  • Completed maintenance or support services

7. Project Reactivation

If a cancelled or paused project is later resumed, additional charges or revised timelines may apply depending on the remaining work and project requirements.

8. Changes To This Policy

OOberra Ltd reserves the right to modify or update this Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Updated versions will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
