1. Digital Services

OOberra Ltd provides digital services including Webflow website design, Webflow development, website redesign, and website maintenance. Due to the nature of customised digital work, physical returns are not applicable.

2. Project Deposits

All initial deposits or advance payments made for website projects are generally non-refundable once project work has commenced.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Research and planning
  • Design preparation
  • Development setup
  • Project consultation time
  • Resource allocation

3. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be considered under limited circumstances, including:

  • Duplicate payments made accidentally
  • Services that cannot be delivered due to internal limitations
  • Approved cancellation before project work has started

Any approved refund will be processed using the original payment method where possible.

4. Non-Refundable Services

The following are generally non-refundable once work has begun:

  • Custom website design work
  • Webflow development services
  • Website redesign services
  • Completed milestones or delivered work
  • Monthly maintenance or support services already provided
  • Third-party costs, subscriptions, or purchased assets

5. Project Cancellation

Clients may request project cancellation by contacting us in writing.

If a project is cancelled after work has started, OOberra Ltd reserves the right to retain payment for completed work, time invested, and project-related expenses incurred up to the cancellation date.

6. Revisions & Client Satisfaction

We aim to ensure client satisfaction throughout every stage of the project. Reasonable revisions may be provided based on the agreed project scope and terms.

Additional revisions or changes outside the agreed scope may require additional charges.

7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Clients are encouraged to contact us directly regarding any billing concerns before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.

Initiating unjustified chargebacks for completed or partially completed services may result in suspension of ongoing work and potential legal action where necessary.

8. Policy Updates

OOberra Ltd reserves the right to modify or update this Refund and Returns Policy at any time without prior notice. Updated versions will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
